中秋節快到了，物價波動狀況受各界關心。公平會主委黃美瑛今( 28 ) 日在立法院指出，上周已啟動中秋節前查價行動，目前未發現人為操控價格等違法情事。不過，朝野立委對公平會監控物價的成效均不滿意，要求公平會於 3 個月內，針對一例一休後業者聯合漲價提出專案報告。
立法院開議，公平會主委黃美瑛今日前往經濟委員會進行業務報告並備質詢。對下周三( 10 月 4 )即是中秋節，民眾採買需求大增，黃美瑛強調，本月 22 日即啟動中秋節前查價行動，目前未發現人為操控價格等違法狀況。
對外界認為，有業者以勞基法一例一休上路導致成本增加為由聯合漲價，黃美瑛也強調，今( 2017 )年以來，防制人為操縱價格小組開過 2 次會，鎖定餐飲、快遞、醫療院所以及電影院等場所進行查價，其中餐飲業即稽查 70 多家業者，對類似違法情事均查無案例。
不過，朝野立委均對公平會監控市場價格的表現不滿，通過提案，要求針對一例一休上路後，包括幼稚園收費等民間物價調漲，公平會必須基於維護市場秩序職責，確實稽查聯合漲價等違法行為，並在 3 個月內提出專案報告。
此外，立委也要求公平會積極任事，研擬物價上漲預警機制以及燈號，並在 1 個月內針對可行性提出評估報告。
